Even though I have been around for years and years and would normally classify myself in the Old School way of volunteering, I find myself leaning more and more to the F,F,F,F type of volunteering in my own life. One thing that might help is having the volunteer help to create the specifics of a job description. The volunteer program can identify the basics or needs of the organization but have the volunteer add or subtract what they are willing to contribute. This was very appropriate.
